I LOVE KUWAIT EXPO AT MOVENPICK HOTEL

I LOVE KUWAIT EXPO 2012 will be held at Movenpick Hotel, Free Trade Zone in Shuweikh, from today. It is expected to be the largest gathering of small business projects in Kuwait, featuring garments, accessories, food and lots more. You can socialize, shop for unique and interesting items, be it clothes or accessories and try out some good food. The exhibition will be held in Tents set up right outside the Movenpick Hotel, from today Wednesday February 22 till Friday February 24. Timings are from 3pm to 10pm.

KUWAIT BIKE SHOW 2012

The Kuwait Bike show 2012 was held at the Concours d'Elegance 2012, Marina Crescent, from Wednesday February 15 to Saturday 18 February. There were so many more bikes this year compared to last year and of course, the bikes were awesome. Large number of of sophisticated bikes gathered in one place emanated a sense of power and freedom. A bike stunt show was held that stunned the audience with quite a many dangerous moves and acrobatics by young riders. That was fun to watch. There was an awards ceremony and bike riders went on the stage to receive their trophies for their teams. The Awards events was followed by a cultural show with traditional music. The bikers danced in excitement and might have stolen the show. Take a look a the pictures of the magnificent bikes from the show.

CONCOURS D’ ELEGANCE 2012

Concours d' Elegance 2012 showcased an amazing variety of cars from classic, vintage, racing, sports, luxury cars and Hollywood cars. The motor show this year has more number of cars and is more fabulous than last year. I must have spent about 4 hours at the car and bike show. There was a very positive response from the public with huge crowd gathering everyday to view the car and bike show at Concours 2012. It was a beautiful exhibition that commenced on Wednesday February 15 and will conclude today, Saturday February 18. A cars parade will be held around 1pm today. Driving Through Concours D’elegance Kuwait 2012

Today afternoon, planned to visit Marina Cresecent driving through a tour to Kuwait Concours D’elegance 2012. Kuwait Concours D’elegance 2012 is their third year in Kuwait, are the most successful automative exhibition/event. Kuwait Concours D’elegance covered this year different types of cars historial, sport, editable cars, kids cars, famous cars and new cars. In addition, the event covers all different brands world-wide. From my personal view, the event is well managed and organized.

Most of the people are enjoying their day and capturing through their work. The new wonderful thing were added in Concours D’elegance 2012, is the Lighting Mcqueen Cars 2, were all the adults and kids had a lovely impression on their face.

KWTDUE is an editable cars exhibition. The exhibition held at The Green Island parking zone with different cars brands segments. Each brand car were segmented in different zones, personally it was my first time to see this kind of out-door exhibition with super organization with the committee and also the police department.

As a start, all the cars were placed in their owned spot, were each of the car owner explain and present his car features. I’ve found also wonderful creative cars done with full passion of youth in Kuwait.

What Do You Think of InfoConnect Expo 2012?

InfoConnect Expo. Begins 29 January 2012 started yesterday, today morning I had chance visit up the exhibition. Well, I don’t really think that interesting, it is the same as every year. But this year its all mobiles, it should be technology in general laptops, computers and machinery. There is one disadvantage, each telecommunication company took their own hall to put their product and resellers. So where are the rest of the companies in Kuwait such as Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba and etc. All what I see is “rubbish” of mobiles and telecommunications contracts and offers.

Wish Gitex is in Kuwait, which InfoConnect should be.

InfoConnect 2012 expo

Tomorrow will mark the first day for Kuwait’s most popular electronics/telecom expo, InfoConnect, at Kuwait International Fair and extends for a week.

I always enjoyed visiting InfoConnect expo where people could find really great deals, but I’ve noticed in the recent years that its not like before, we want to see the latest things technology has reached plus more variety and more companies.

When: January 29th till February 4th
Where: Kuwait International Fair – Mishref.
Time: 9:00am – 1pm, 4:30pm – 9pm

Through an annual process, InfoConnect exbihition is back this year. InfoConnect is an exhibition were covers all technology, elections and electrical items/companies in one area.

The exhibition starts from 29 JAN 2012 – 02 FEB 2012 at Kuwait Internation Exhibition Centre (Mishref) Hall (5,6,7).

Hope it will be more effective this year.

First Cats Show contest in Kuwait

We paid a visit to the first ever cat show competition in Kuwait, well actually in Middle East, today at Safir Hotel.

The show is organized by K-Cats and it was really fun and enjoyable seeing all those cute cats competing.

Some of the breeds were the Persians, British, Scotish, Ragdoll, American Shorthair but moistly were Persians with long fur.

There were four judges from Europe, I think they evaluated the cats based on the hair grooming, bone structure and attitude.

I love cats I didn’t even want to leave! I wish there were the Turkish Van breed that has two eye colors.

Some of the kittens were cute, some looked funny and some even had an attitude, we took many nice snapshots. Enjoy!

Wataniya held a press conference today at The Sheraton Hotel. The press conference to speech the upcoming campaign of Give Kuwait 2. Give Kuwait 1 Wataniya: GiveKuwait Photo Exhibition went perfectly successful with huge amount of participators were joint sharing their images and videos.

Give Kuwait 2 have new different activities such as seminars, workshops and exhibitions for the Kuwaiti entrepreneurs and small businesses. The registration will be free with no any guidelines. The number of small businesses will be only 70 people. The exhibition is scheduled on May 2012 in Mishref Exhibition Centre for 5 days. Give Kuwait 2 is sponsored by Kuwait Small Projects Development Company (KSPDC), AlImiaz Investment Company.

Wataniya will also help and sponsor all the participators with the marketing and business plans, although will spread the message with huge marketing campaign.
