Would you ever vandalize your own car? I read this story about a Kuwaiti who actually vandalized his Jeep badly and parked it right in front of the agency at Al Rai to express his anger. What he actually did is spray his car and left notes inside the windshield saying “No spare parts”, “Bad service”, “Bad maintenance”, “No spare car”, “No follow up”…etc.
The agency had to cover the Jeep to keep attention off it. I usually get angry at my car agency but never thought I’d take it this far. The funny thing is that this story went international, see here

A friend of mine advised me to go for Nitrogen inflation for my SUV tires instead of using normal air; his explanation was that summer is very hot in Kuwait with temperature exceeding 50 degrees celsius and tires need maximum protection especially that we see many tires blowout on the highways.
He also added that nitrogen is used for aircraft and race cars tires and it helps preventing tire blowouts, thats good to know.
So I headed to Shuwaikh to find a garage that has Nitrogen and found it at Auto 1, I think its also available at Bridgestone and other big garages. I asked how much and they said 1KD for each tire (that’s 4KD), they started deflating my tires and replacing the normal air with pure nitrogen, whole thing took about 15 minutes.
Some of the benefits by using nitrogen:
-Tires will last longer and have less failures.
-Nitrogen is less heated and is less effected by pressure so more stable driving.
-Increase fuel efficiency because tires remain properly inflated.
-Reduces corrosion for wheels.
Which one would you pick?
A friend of mine spotted this giant or should I call it “HULK’ pick-up on Gulf Road in the middle of the congestion, he says it was so big that it almost block his view. I’d rather call it a truck, I wonder why some guys love to ride such a big trucks? The poor guy must be spending all his money on gas stations.

I was reading the paper and came across this interesting statement by Minsitry of Public Works “Kuwait streets can sustain 850 thousand cars while Kuwait has over 1.6 Million cars”, this explains everything about annoying traffic congestion.
Traffic department was worknig on temporary solutions like re-designing 5th ring road, currently the 1st ring road, and soon 4th ring road but is this ever enough? I guess its time for us to start accepting the fact that traffic congestion is an everyday thing. I found this funny video for a Kuwaiti guy explaining ideas on how to cope/enjoy congestion.

Apparently the new Ford mustang comes with an upgraded exterior look, LED accents in the front Headlights and Good looking rear break/signal lights! I used to own a Manual Gear 2007 Ford mustang GT, it was an absolute joy to drive to work everyday, I can’t imagine the power difference in the new engine than the one i had which was around 300 HP, the new ones boast 420 HP stock. I liked the mustang a lot, it was economical, fun, spacious (compared to cars in its class) and felt big enough for our roads (compared to the new Camaro – i’m not getting the dimensions of that car) somewhat affordable (also compared to cars in its range, and boasts a mean look and attitude.
