what can I say about JIMMY CHOO . ” PURE FABULOUSITY”

We were invited by JIMMY ChOO to help them solve some puzzles

Unfortunately I came very late cause I ended up going to Jimmy Choo Avenues LOL .. yes that’s how much I was tired and my mind did not function!

I like how all the tables, shoes and puzzles were displayed outside the boutique

Here’s some of my fellow blogerettes shoe picks, they were given a puzzle of the shoe they picked and they had to solve the puzzle in the shortest time possible, and of course they all completed their puzzles .. I think the winner was Her and Lady B Congrats Ladies!

هذه رؤيته التي يتقدم بها للكويت في خضم الزحمة انقلها لكم حرفياً

رؤية ومحاولة

بعض الحلول التي اتمنى ان تكون هي اللغة السائدة نستبدل بها اللغة القديمة وهي استعراض المشاكل فقط !!

رؤية الإسكان
لا يمكن ان نبني ونخلق مدن سكانية في يوم وليلة تكون مأهوله بالسكان هناك بعض العناصر التي يجب ان تتحقق لي تشغيل وأشغال هذي المدن لنأخذ على سبيل المثال المدينة الجنوبية لدولة الكويت "الخيران "
لابد من تحقيق عنصر جذب السكاني لهذي المدينة
اول عنصر من العناصر هو مصدر الرزق والعمل
الحل فيها ان تم بناء المصفاة الرابعة المقرر إنشائها
راح توفر ٦٠٠٠ فرصة وظيفية
حسب الاحصاييات ان معدل الاسرة الكويتية هو ٥ افراد
بحسبة بسيطة ان المستفيدين
٣٠ الف نسمة لهذا المشروع الحيوي
تنشا الشركة المستثمرة في المصفاة الرابعة
مدينة قريبة على غرار مدينة الأحمدي الحالية
و أكيد هذي المدينة تحتاج الى خدمات مثل ( مدارس-مستشفى-أسواق -بلدية-شرطة...الخ)
وهذي الاخيرة هي أيضاً فرص رزق وظيفة للمدينة وشيئا فشيئا يتم الامتداد العمراني في هذي المدينه وتبتدئ المشاريع السكانية هناك وراح تتغلب على عده من مشاكل السكانية والبطالة .

وكذلك مشروع مدينة الصبية في الشمال و مشروع ميناء مبارك(فرص وظيفية واستثمارية و بالتالي السكنية)
وتكون هذي المدن على مستوى عالي من جودة الخدمات والعيش .

نحن نعاني من بطالة مقنعة داخل كل الجهاز الحكومي
حل هذي البطالة باختصار
الدولة تدفع رواتب و في المقابل تدفع لتنفيذ المشاريع للقطاع الخاص
لحل هذي المعادلة برايي هو ان يتم الاستفادة من هذي العمالة الوطنية التي في اعتقادي تحتاج الى تدريب ودافع معنوي للعمل
يتم الاستعانة ببعض العمالة الاجنبية المؤهلة وتوظيفها لمد الخبرة وإدارة اجزاء فنية تقنية تحتك بها العمالة الوطنية تتناقل هذي الخبرات
وهي طريقة للاستفادة الفعلية العملية من هذي العمالة الوطنية التي تدفع لها رواتب وفي اغلبها لا يستفاد منها
مثال على ذلك :
إدارة في جهة حكومية كل خلال الخمس سنوات تعاقدت مع العديد من الشركات العالمية بقيمة حوالي ٧ مليون دينار
مع العلم ان خلال هذي الفترة في بلدانهم يتم الاستغناء عنهم وهناك حالات من البطالة في هذي الفئة .
وخلال مسح عليهم وافتراض توظيفهم في هذي الجهة فأن معدل رواتبهم هو ٢٥٠٠ دينار
2500x12شهرx10 سنة
تكلفتهم ٣٠٠ الف دينار خلال عشر سنوات
في المقابل الاحتكاك مع الكوادر الوطنية ونقل الخبرات
تقليل من الدورة المستندية للمقاوله والترسيه والتنفيذ والصررف

هذي جزء من بعض الحلول التي قد تكون خطأ او صحيحة
ولكن هي محاولة لنبدأ بان نتحدث عنها بدلا من تداول المشاكل الي الكل يعرفها !
