I was having my usual tall skim mocha coffee at Starbucks and saw they have introduced a new card which allows customers to use Wi-Fi Internet service for free, that’s good since I used to pay to get Internet.
I asked the Barista about the card and she explained that this card is free and customers can use it to pay instead of paying cash, money can be deposited to the card to be used anytime, card can also be given as a gift. I think Kuwait Starbucks is the first to have such cards.
The new generation of Toyota Land Cruiser has just arrived to Kuwait at Al Sayer showroom, it will be officially launched tomorrow at 360 Mall in an event. The price starts at 15,000 KD and climbs up to 22,000 for the full options model.
Some are saying the 2011 models looks better, what do you think?

I always wondered about how/why Kuwaiti flag changed from red color to the preesnt colors (black, white, green, and red)? I came across this interesting interview with Mr. Mohammed Jassem Al Sadah telling the story that took place during Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem tenure.

I saw this video titled, Hona Al Kuwait, produced by Cinemagic and directed by Faisal Aljassar for Kuwait and I admire how they did amazing work to present Kuwait in a unique way.
I think they used a copter to shoot the video, so far this is one of the nicest presentations I’ve seen for Kuwait.

Now some may consider spotting a Ferrari on Kuwait streets is cool, but how would they react if they spot more than 50 Ferrari’s moving together?
I bet anyone who sees this video would think that every Kuwaiti owns a Ferrari, Mashallah they’re many!
I have seen some cool customized bikes before but what I saw at the Kuwait Bike Show before yesterday was extraordinary, these guys must have spend a fortune customizing their bikes to look like this.
There were participants from all over GCC countries, I chit chatted with some of them and they were so happy to be in Kuwait.

Concours D’Elegance is getting global getting because there were several supercars that were unveiled for the first time ever and there were even special editions too, I like how it intermixes the old and new cars.
I was enjoying my time shooting pictures, the only downside was having hell of a time to find parking space.

Isn’t it great to have the new sexy Aston Martin Zagato V12 model debut for the first time ever in Kuwait? Personally I can’t agree more. The Zagato V12 is a limited production car (only 150) were made and costs over 175,000 KD ! No kidding.
Engine-wise it has 12 cyilnders and produces 510 horsepower, I will consider getting one when I win the 25,000 lottery ticket.

While visiting Al Ghanim showroom in Shuwekh today’s morning I saw that Mclaren has opened their first showroom in Kuwait with the launching of the Mclaren MP4-12C supercar.
It looks hot and its price starts around KD 68,000 , so I’d rather to just enjoy looking at it, I spotted another white Mclaren on 2nd Ring Road a few days ago.
I read on the CBS News that singer and actor Whitney Houston has passed away today at her hotel room in Beverly Hills, she was 48. Police are still investigating the causes, sadly she was on drugs for many years and was broken, I still recall her best movie ever “The Bodyguard” as it was yesterday, may she rest in peace.
